The Peninsula's beach cottages sit on some of the narrowest lots in Newport, and between the Balboa Fun Zone, the ferry, and the boat parade route running right along the bay side every December, access windows here can be tighter than anywhere else we service. We plan equipment transport and scheduling around it instead of guessing.
Salt air and near-constant beach traffic mean pools here take more day-to-day wear than inland properties. We keep filtration and chemistry dialed in for that heavier load rather than running a standard once-a-week pass.
